Ive gained some weight, and im trying to loose it,but i think some of it is that my stomach might be bloated,anybody have any tips?cause im not eating much, im eating what i should,but i mean i dont over eat.im not snacking as much and ive cut back on sodas and im excersizing.any tips are welcome.or should i add certain fruits?Answer Question
