I think my stomach is bloated how can i get it to get better?

Ive gained some weight, and im trying to loose it,but i think some of it is that my stomach might be bloated,anybody have any tips?cause im not eating much, im eating what i should,but i mean i dont over not snacking as much and ive cut back on sodas and im excersizing.any tips are welcome.or should i add certain fruits?

    i have gastrointestinal issues and it sucks....i cant go poop....honestly i cant.....i have to eat lots of fiber and take stool softeners and sometimes laxitives........
