  • kegel exercises. Pretend you have a pencil in your vagina and your squeezing it. Your goal is to hold it for 10 sec and release. If you're good at it then you can work 2-3 of the muscles, building it up! Helps so you don't pee on yourself when you're an old lady!

  • When you are urinating, try to stop the flow of urine. Once you identify and control the muscles, you can complete the exercises. They are good for post preggars sneezing/ pee attacks....and other things. From an older married lady...do the exercises.

  • They also make your orgasms stronger, and by strengthening the pelvic floor muscles you are tightening your abs, preventing lower back strain, and it also can help to hold up all your internal organs! (bladder, uterus, etc)
Here's another fun fact... you can have your man inside you, have him NOT thrust, and literally MILK an orgasm out of him! He'll love not having to do any work!

  • Yes that is right party gal. so why pretend it is a pencil when you are doing the exercises? Pretend it is the real thing!
