1st week of 40, you haven't ovulated yet and are not actually pregnant.
1st week after conception, there aren't going to be many, if any symptoms. There's no hormonal difference at that point between a normal luteal phase and pregnancy. That doesn't happen until implantation, which usually occurs 6-10 days after ovulation.
The first symptoms experienced vary from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy. Both of mine, I had extreme fatigue starting about a week after conception. My first, that was it. My second, I also had insomnia, minor nausea, sore boobs, etc.
