OMG my feet!

I know I have been asking a lot of questions but a lot of things that are happening in this pregnancy, didn't happen in my first pregnancy. I am 34.5 wks now and omg my feet are hurting so badly. My feet are not swollen, they hurt to walk on them. It almost feels like they are bruised, I have tried hot pads, hot baths, cold compress.....feet massages are out of the question as I can't even touch my feet without causing an enormous amount of pain. Any ideas?

I've seen other women complain of same thing...not swollen, just sore to the touch or walk on.

  • Have you tried soaking them in Epson salt. That's what I do when I am sore from exercise. It's supposed to take out the soreness.

  • I did Epson salt also, I had similar problems during my pregnancy and even though it didnt totally fix the pain in did give me a little relief! Good luck!
