I need good excercises to do at my desk at work!

I work 8-5 and i need some good hip, thigh, and butt workouts i can do while sitting at my desk! Any suggestions?

  • You can get one of those huge exercise balls and use that as your desk chair. It will force you to flex your core, thighs and butt. In a few months you will look in the mirror and swear you just came back from fitness bootcamp.

  • I have bike pedals that I keep under my desk- I can bike while I do my work!

  • I didn't know there was such a thing as "under the desk bike pedals" I will have to look that up!
