  • lasagna or any casserole really, chili, burgers, marinated meats - marinate and freeze raw, defrost and cook there, spaghetti sauce, sauce with meatballs for meatball subs...

    Ok... now I'm hungry! LOL

  • Casseroles!! I will send you a link for OAMC (once a month cooking)...all these dishes are great for freezing and reheating.

    When we go on vacation to the condo, I always make a ton of pancakes/waffles and freeze them in ziploc bags. Makes for a very easy breakfast! 25-35 seconds in the microwave and you're ready to go.
