  • My favorite quiche recipe uses cream cheese mixed in with the eggs, diced ham, chopped spinach, and finely diced onions, with a bit of cayenne. Soooo good.

Other favorite quiche "fillings" or "add in combinations"

ham, diced onions, some mustard, swiss cheese
I am allergic, and don't eat it, but a veggie quiche with sauteed mushrooms and spinach is popular
Summer veggie quiche with well-drained zucchini and crook neck squash
Roasted red peppers and tex-mex shredded chicken, a bit of cayenne
Taco meat, drained salsa, mex blend cheeses

Almost anything you enjoy eating makes a good quiche!!

    Classic quiches are:
Quiche Lorraine (spinach quiche with bacon)
    All American (ham with cheddar)
Cheese quiche (try a few cheeses you enjoy!)

  • Oh my gosh you can put anything in quiche! This lady I work with uses leftover pot roast and will put it in there! It is REALLY good too. Even TACO meat. I absolutely love quiche any which way you make it. She also puts a little italian seasoning in all her quiches. it's so good.

  • FYI: Cook or partially cook anything that releases a lot of moisture before putting it into your quiche. Otherwise, it'll make puddles.

  • One of my favorite quiches ever is like a "Lox & Bagels" quiche. It's made with smoked salmon, dollops of cream cheese, capers, and fresh dill. It's to die for!
