Sorry, Ignorance In Spades Here!!! What's the difference between Trans-Gendered and Trans-Sexual?

  • TransGenderedmeans you have both genitalia (ie a penis and a Vajeeg); trans sexual means you are unbiased in gender or you like both males and females.

  • Well, gender is the social difference between being a male and female so I think the difference is that transexuals have different reproductive organs , while transgender are the opposite sex in their mind. Thats a wild guess though...

  • A transsexual is generally defined as a person who has hadn reassignment surgery and lives full time as that sex. Transgender can refer to someone who is attempting to live as the opposite sex. It also refers to habitual cross dressers.
