Best ways to keep breastmilk supply up while having to pump at work.

  • Pump every 3-4 hours, and if you need to increase your supply, up it to every 2 hours. Do breast compressions to ensure you have removed as much milk as possible. Drink a TON of water.

  • Take fenugreek you can get it at GNC or a anywhere that sells supplements and vitamins. Worked for me! Your sweat will smell like maple syrup too!
