  • Innocent. I don't know a lot about it, I saw a piece about a year ago on the news and the whole case against her and her bf never made sense to me.

  • I saw a bit about this one day this week, new evidence has come to light, that she was most likely not there when the murder occurred. It sounded like the authorities may have made some big mistakes.

  • I haven't been all over this one, but based on what we've seen in the media here, I'd lean innocent. If nothing else, I'd say they don't have enough evidence to prove "beyond a reasonable doubt", but unfortunately, those laws aren't the same as ours.

  • All the evidence in her previous trial pointed to her guilt along with her friend who had previously been found guilty and sentenced . It will be interesting to see if her conviction is overturned on appeal , if there is new evidence .
