Bad bruising

I have here recently been getting bruises all over my legs. All you have to do is touch my legs and I get a black and purple bruise. I have three bruises the size of a dollar folded in half and I dont even know how I got them. Should I be worried or do you think its jyst a vitamin deficiency?

  • Women bruise more easily than men. Thin people bruise more easily than plump people. Women bruise more easily as they age. And vitamin deficiencies in B12, C, K, and folic acid can cause excessive bruising.
If you are concerned, see your doctor, but usually excessive bruising is nothing to be concerned about. Do see a Dr. especially if you have any other symptoms along with the bruising.

  • I would have it checked out by a doctor. Could just be a vitamin thing but it could be something more
