Are all prenatal vitamins created equal?

Just wondering if one prenantal is better than the next....I can't afford Stuart prenatal though! LOL

  • no no they are not. it's all about the fillers they use and the fact that they are not regulated. So they can say they contain something but they don't really. I take Shaklee(my mil buys it for me). Well I ran out and used the cheapest prenatal one at the grocery store, oh my gosh they made me feel so sick! Now I know Shaklee is spendy but I also have heard that "Rainbow Light" is a good brand

  • for the most part they are very similar.. you can also take two childrens vitamins in place of prenatal if they are too hard to get down.
