I am looking for some natural remedies for depression???

Natural vitiamins not any depression pills.

  • hugsI don't know about vitamins, but exercise really helps. Even if you just go for a walk every day, it feels better. I try to have "me time" after dinner. My husband will watch the baby and I'll go out on the back porch and read, or take a bath, or sometimes just go for a slow walk by myself.     Omega 3 Fatty Acids
    Take a Multi-Vitamin with: Folic Acid, B6, Magnesium

    Other good things to do:
    Lots of Sunshine!
    Exercise regularly to increase body's production of dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins!
    Practice yoga to balance your chakras, usually the root and spleen chakra, if imbalanced will make a person depressed
    Balanced meals, reduce sugar and caffeine

  • Garden in the morning....also take a walk....stay away from all unnatural foods including GMO's simply....meditate outside....
