Can a person still be pregnant if they are having a period each month?

If a woman has all the signs of being pergnant, after having sex when she was ovulating but still have a short period every month could she still be pregnant?

  • Yes they can. My aunt bleed through her whole pregnancy with my cousin. I heard its pretty normal. I bleed for two months and if I was having my regular period and than it stop.

  • My sister, Vanessa, did. When she was pregnant with my nephew, Kyler, she had no idea. She was spotting every month, and she didn't gain but maybe 5 lbs. On December 25, 2008, we got a call saying she had just given birth to him and we were shocked! It is absolutely possible!! Get to a doctor for an ultrasound if you aren't sure.
