  • We spend about 500 per child that includes school supplies back packs and clothing oh and we have 4 children...

  • i budget about 100$ per child and thats what they get to they have learned to do resale,thrift and yard sales....and we fill in with clearnce racks from store they enjoy....oh and i found an outlet store for their favortie shoes an hour from me so thats where we go to get shoes almost 60% less then the mall or online...(vans outlet)

  • Depends where you shop. Try hitting some rummage sales and resale shops- you can often find brand new items with the tags still on them.

  • I have to buy new uniforms for my older two boys this year. Pants are $13 a pair, shirts $6, shoes $60 (two pairs each), belts $20...Around $150 per kid. That doesn't include sweaters or long sleeve polos. And an extra $60 for shorts per kid.

  • we just spent $150 on DD's clothes. We don't have uniforms and I went a bit crazy though.

  • I don't buy them a whole new wardrobe. Each kid gets a new pair of sneakers & a "first day" outfit brand new, and anything else they need is bought when it's needed, whether through the summer or here & there through the fall.
