I don't think the UN trumps the constitution but, I think not helping the UN when they ask for it will cause huge foreign policy issues that we don't need and I also can't take John Bohener seriously right now screaming about the war powers act like its his new best friend when just a couple years ago he was trying to get rid of it because he said it was unconstitutional.
