How can I get my energy level up?

I'm about 14 weeks pregnant and I have no energy. I look at simple chores as if they are insurmountable and have a hard time getting anything done. Any suggestions?

  • Im not pregnant and feel the same way.... As for suggestions maybe some excersize... May be more grains in diet....good luck!

  • Thanks. I actually exercise nearly everyday: usually yoga or swimming and I usually take the dog for a good 20-30 minute walk. I eat mostly organic, drink lots of water and this has been the only real pregnancy symptom...I'm so tired!!!

  • Taking a Vitamin D supplement might help, a pretty high dose, the ones I have are 5,000 IUs and I take 3 a day.

  • Do you take your vitamins?? i had my daughter 4 months ago and was feeling the same way u are now.. onesource womens vitamins helped me.. however while i was pregnant the only vitamins i could take were flinstones complete (2aday)
