Is it okay if I eat Mahi Mahi?

I'm going out to Bahama Breeze, and I've been wanting to add fish to my meals, b/c I know it's good for the baby. If not salmon is the next best thing I guess.

  • The only fish that you absolutely HAVE to avoid are Shark, Swordfish, King Mackerel, and tilefish. All other fish are fine in moderation.

  • Yes, I believe they say fish like salmon, catfish and tuna are safe but only once a week.

  • I say this because I too am pregnant, and my doctor's gave me a handy little booklet that outlines medicines that are okay and when, and what foods you can and can't eat. The fish I listed, the mercury levels are too high.
