  • Parents are not required to use the public school system to educate their children.

  • They your kids, you have the right to do whatever you want, home school or sending them to private school is your right. Idk if they have it in your area or not but we have special transfers that you can fill out and if you have a reason for not wanting to go to a certain school you can request they go to another one, as long as the school you want them to go to is ok with it, they can change. At least that's how it is here. But you're the parent, you dont need a certain reason to take them out and home school or send them somewhere else if you want. As long as they are still getting an education then its all up to you.

  • They have the right whenever they feel like it.

  • We chose to pull our kids out and homeschool them based on the fact that the middle and high schools had drugs and violence - including rape cases - and we did not want our kids around that. That was only one of many many reasons we opted to homeschool, but I think personal safety is a huge factor and our public schools care more about the end of the year test scores than they do about the students scoring them.

  • we told the baord that if they didn't stop treating our girls like they are stupid then we were going to pull them out! i'm sorry but if the teachers or board don't want to listen then it's time to pull them out and find a school that will challenge them. you didn't say why you were planning on pulling them out.

  • We homeschool and we have EVERY right not to send our kids to public school. If you choose to pull them out, you have to go through the proper legal channels, according to your state's laws, otherwise, they could be considered truant.

  • You have the right to NEVER have your kids in school if that is your choice.

  • YOU HAVE ALL RIGHTS TO PULL YOUR KIDS OUT! They are your children. It is not the law that is raising them. research it and see what other options u have.
