4mth old eating sched.

so how much is a four month old supposed to eat everyday.. i give my daughter 4 ounce bottles every 3 to 4 hrs and twice a day i give her cereal and fruit bottles tht are 5 ounce. after the 4 ounce bottles sometimes she can drink a whole nother one.... what do i do?

  • Hmm , Well . My son was eating 4 oz ever 3 hrs at 4 months , and he was Eating a few tablespoons of rice cereal once a day , Hope i helped (:

  • I breast feed on demand and gave my daughter pureed fruit twice a day. I never gave her cereal because she didn't like it at all.

  • well i give my daughter a tablespoon of cereal and a tablespoon of fruit in a 4 ounce milk bottle 2 times a day.. have never breastfed.. and the rest of the day she takes 4 ounce milk bottles.. she's 14 pounds at 4 months im scared to overfeed.. but she always seems hungry

  • my son (who will be four months next week) eats 6oz of formula every 3-5 hours, depending on nap times/if he sleeps through the night. i won't start food or cereal until the pediatrician recommends it to us. he is fourteen pounds too, which i looked at height/weight/age charts online the other day, and that's perfectly average. i dont think you have anything to worry about :)
