Do I need to call my OB or should i just tell her at my next visit?

I am 28 weeks and was having contractions last night that woke me from my sleep. They lasted about an hour. I drank tons of water and laid on my left side and they subsided. Today I feel a bit more unconfortable and a bit nauseous, but so far no more contractions. Do I need to call my OB or should I just tell her at my next visit in 2 weeks (that's as long as it doesn't happen again of course)
