What happens to socks in the washer? They are always disappearing.

  • I wish I knew.. I know if you throw one of them away no matter how long you held onto it.. The other one will appear :(

  • We have a front load and sometimes they get sucked into the drain hose. We have had to clean it out to find a few socks stuck in it.... We have friends who use safety pins to Pin their socks together so they dont have to search for the matches... I've always said I was going to do this, but never have

  • try as you might..label the socks...tie them together ..put them in a bag...the dryer eats one of the mates
