  • Italian chicken and rice. It takes me almost no prep time...5 mins max...and pretty much prepares itself with little attention from me in an hour or less.

  • Walking down the street to the local deli and picking up some cold cuts, sliced cheese, and a yummy loaf of sandwich bread. Then we all eat sandwiches and sunchips.
That is our easy-go to meal of choice when we want something quick and did not plan ahead.

  • Good ol' chicken with mushroom sauce! In a foil-lined baking dish, stick in your chicken (any cut, bone in, bone out, whatever), and add a can of cream of mushroom soup and mix in one can of water. Bake on 350 for however long it takes to cook through whichever cut of chicken you chose. Boom! Simple as that! And cleanup is just as easy - just toss the foil! Make some rice or pasta on the side, and you've got a dinner that tastes awesome and you'd never know it's so easy.

  • Chicken and stuffing bake. it takes 45 min to cook in the oven, but prep is easy. You cook the stuffing according to the box direction (or make your own) place chicken breast in a baking dish, arrange the cooked stuffing around the chicken, top with slices of swiss cheese, then top the whole things with cream of mushroom soup. bake at 350 for 45 min
