  • It is hot outside and I refuse to slave over a hot stove an nauseate myself to make dinner. I am preparing a platter of fresh fruit, cheeses, raw veggies, and various crackers that everyone can graze on. I will also make healthy chocolate yogurt milkshakes. That will fill us up!

  • I made some frozen mix of taquitos, quesadillas, and mini tacos and then some Spanish rice to go with it. It was good, but horrible for us, I'm sure.
