  • November 23rd or 24th was three weeks ago, and yes it is possible to be that other man. They do not date your pregnancy via conception date, they go by the first day of your last period.

So assuming you ARE 5 weeks pregnant, that would put the first day of your last period on the 9th of November. 2 weeks up from that, you ovulate, which would be the 23rd.

The 23rd or 24th is when you say you slept with your ex, and it seems to me it would be your ex's baby.

Would your ex be willing to do a paternity test without your SO finding out?

  • Oh, I wanted to add that it is possible for your body to hold sperm for up to a week, so there is a little bitty chance your current bf could be the father, but if you ovulated on the 23-24, I would get a paternity test done.

  • I'd bank on your ex being your child's father.

  • The guy on the 23/24. The day you ovulate and 3 days before is when you can get pregnant. Sperm can't live for more than 4-5 days. That rules out guy # 1. But blood tests tell you the best if you need legal proof of that. Good luck!
