  • Federal Mandates. My state came up with some VERY well don PSA's about safe sex. We were told to either pull them in favor of abstinence only PSA's or lose funding and be forced to pay back funding already received.

  • Sex is something natural, abortion isn't.

  • Would you really want your child to learn about abortion? Even if you believe in it, would you want your child going and having a procedure done without you knowing? There can be complications as with any procedure, medication or operation and your daughter walks in, has it done and is laying in bed and doesn't want to get up, you think it's just because she is a teenager when something is going wrong. If you knew about it then you could get her help. Do you have any idea the liability of the school telling them that this is an ok form of birth control? It's bad enough they are condoning sex instead of just telling children how their bodies work, let alone encouraging birth control and abortions.

  • Honestly - the schools shouldn't even have to teach about sex. That should come from HOME!
