im on wic and i was wondering when my baby comes what are the following items i can get with wic.

  • Depends on of your are breast feeding or formula feeding. If formula feeding exclusively then you will get enough formula to supplement for the month.

  • you will get what you curently get for awhile, baby will get formula if you nurse or supplement and eventaully will get cereal, jarred food and juice

  • if you nurse, you can get carrots, tuna, and everything you get now, plus some.

  • It's not just carrots, you get a check toward produce, which can be any fruit or veggie, fresh, canned or frozen. Milk, beans, eggs, tuna, etc.

  • It depends what state you are in and like other moms said if you are breastfeeding or formula feeding. Most states have a website that tell you what the different packages are.

  • i thought things for the baby be on there like for newborns...like formula and cereal. mayb not

  • you ll get formula if you arent breastfeeding, But its not alot, youll eventually get baby cereal but not until baby is a certain age and youll get baby food , alot of it if your breastfeeding and not alot if your fromula feeding they are really picky about breastfeeding:(

  • It depends on if you're formula feeding or not, they usually don't give you cereal though until the baby's a bit older if I remember right. And it depends on what state you're in too.
