What's the proper age for one to use sparklers? (The fireworks...)

  • I would say at least 5 with adult supervision.

  • My son used one last night at 3-1/2 with myself, dad and his Papi right there.. it scared the crap out of me but I think he did good.. I would still say probably too young though.. maybe 5 or 6?

  • My son had one last year and he was 4, under careful supervision of course.It depends on personal preference and the child IMO.

  • my girls this year are ages 9,7 and 6 and will do them this year. They did them even last year and was fine with it. Just be sure to watch them and have a bucket of water near by just in case.

  • I have never been comfortable with sparklers...and probably wont let ds use them til he is about 10.
