Where can u get a daycare for son for free? while u r attending college???

I am applying for school, next year of (spring 2011) I plan on going to school full time or part time,but I was just wondering,. if I'll be able to find a day care @ no cost ,while I go to school.Any government programs??? I am not qualify for a subsidized day care,due to hubby makes more than the income limit requirement's.My son is going head start this coming Sept. But its only for 2 1/2 a day. Any idea??? appreciate all Ur help,thanks.

  • I didn't know they had free daycare anywhere. At our local university, they do have childcare, but it's taken out of your financial aid. You can, however, volunteer your time there to have that taken off your tuition. It's not free though.

  • Do u mean 2012? Colleges have daycares where u can use them for free as long as u r a student!

  • Some colleges have day care centers for students with kids, you would have to check with the school to see what they offer.

  • look on the government website or department of social services in your state, in louisiana they have a program that can help yours may also
