  • i ran my ass off

    at least a mile a day for one month and it was gone , it has worked for two babies and i will do it again with my baby im carrying right now it's due in may i can't wait to go back to the gym and run it off again, it's what worked for me , i didn't change my eating to much but the running changed my attitude twordge food and soda i was working so hard making myself run that i just didn't want the junk
