best way to store fudge

my first time making fudge how do i store it when i am done?

    I store mine in an airtight container in the pantry.

  • I cover mine with its lid and I put it in the refrigerator.

  • I cover tightly if it's still in the pan or if it's already cut, just wrap with saran wrap. I don't like it refrigerated because it gets too hard, I like mine room temp so it almost melts in your mouth.

  • I just wrap it in a double layer of saran wrap and put it in a tupperware. The key to keeping fudge is to keep it away from humidity, which can cause the sugar to recrystallize and make it turn grainy.
