    a warm bath with a couple drops of lavender oil in the water


    breathing exercises

    therapy (if it's really bad)

    a husband massage

    a spa day (if you have the money). Since this is the pregnancy section, I'm going to assume your pregnant, so make sure they use all natural ingredients in their treatments.
