  • Do you have a recliner? My last week of pregnancy, the only way I could sleep was on the recliner with it angled back at about 45 degrees.

  • Try the recliner. Your sleep is only going to get worse until the baby comes, and then THAT will mess up your sleep. So be a sleep grinch and do what you can to rest now.

  • I agree with sleeping in the recliner. It's a great position. I ate a banana every day to help with leg cramps. Do mention the back pain to your doctor. They may want to check that you aren't contracting.

  • I know exactly how you feel. I'm 37 weeks and I've tried everything. Nothing works and I havent gotten more than a few hours of sleep a night for the last few weeks. I cant take naps either because I have a 4 year old to take care of during the day. Just hang in there, you only have a few weeks left.
