What is the best scale to use at home to weigh myself with?

I have the "Sunbeam black dial scale" from walmart. Its very unpredictable. Or mabye I'm just an airhead and I am doing it wrong.

  • I went on Amazon and looked at the reviews on a bunch before I bought a Hemingweigh digital scale. It seems to be pretty accurate. It's one that measures your fat content, water, bone density, etc.
