If I was to purchase something with my debit card and the total is 15. something, will it show in my statement that I wanted cash back?

Ex: My total purchase is $15.25 but got $20.00 in cash back would the total show as $35.25?
You know when paying with your debit it will ask you if you'd like cash back if you need it.
Thanks Ladies for clearing this out for me ;)

  • I looked at my statement and it shows Cash and Purchases separately. I don't know if all do it though.

  • It will show it all added together unless you make 2 seperate entries...1 for the purchase and one for the cash back.

  • Let me guess- you aren't "allowed" to have cash and you don't want S/O to find out? If that's the case, your bank statement is the least of your problems.
