  • I put motivating images and quotes and such in there, log my workouts, write how I felt about them, write whenever I need to, log my weight, etc. It's quite handy, and I have a list of my reasons why I want to lose weight and get healthy. It helps keep me motivated when I lose the motivation, which is all part of the journey.
