  • - Can of cream of chicken soup. One can per four pieces.
    - Fresh or dried rosemary. I prefer fresh
    - Salt
    - Pepper

Preheat oven to 425. Make sure the chicken pieces are defrosted thoroughly. Spray with non stick spray. Put the chicken pieces in the pan. Rosemary goes on first, then salt and pepper. Then take spoonfuls and cover with the cream of chicken soup.

Bake at 425 for approximately 35-40 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes (or rice) and a green veggie. The soup will act like a gravy or a sauce for the rice.

  • My family likes this chicken recipe.............Put skinless chicken breasts in pan. Cover each with a slice of Swiss cheese. Then cover with a can of cream of chicken soup mixed with 1/3 can of water.. One can soup for every two breasts. Then cover with 1.5 cup of bread crumbs (for two breasts) that have been mixed with about 2 T. of melted butter. Cover and bake at 350 for 40 - 60 minutes depending on thickness of breasts. I find it easiest to melt butter and mix with bread crumbs first and set aside until you need them. For some reason I hate doing it last! Hope you like it.

  • marinate in italian dressing an then grill - or broil

Marinate with greek seasoning, lemon and oil -- grill or broil

More time? Cut up marinated chicken and make not kabobs alternating with peppers and onions.. or watever veg you like.

chicken parm is pretty easy too.. flatten breasts, dip in egg wash, then dip into bread crumbs seasoned with italian seasoning and parm cheese, fry with a small amount of oil then top with mozz cheese back at 350 until cheese melts.

  • Sear some up in a cast-iron skillet, let rest.

Meanwhile, in the same skillet (with the juices, etc. remaining), caramelize some shallots with a tad of butter. Add some frozen spinach.

Now layer the chicken on the bottom, with some chopped fresh basil on top, and then the spinach/shallots on top of that. Sprinkle on a bit of feta cheese if desired.
