question about prenatal pills? do you take them in the morning or at nitght? which do you think is better??

  • Night. They always upset my stomach so I would take them just before bed.

  • I TAKE MINE AFTER BREAKFAST BECAUSE YOU CANT TAKE THEM ON AN EMPTY BELLY. AND I LOVE WHT THEY HAVE DONE FOR MY SKIN. BUT WHEN EVA YOU TAKE THEM MOMMA MAKE SURE YOU TAKE THEM.

  • i take mine at dinner time bc my medicine i take for my thyroid interfers with them if i take em in the morning ...

  • I take mine in the afternoon after I eat enough food.most tell me before bedtime but by then I would probably forget.

  • I also like to take them in the morning. I have noticed that if I take them before bedtime I'm unable to get some sleep.

  • I do both actually. I cut the pill in half and take one morning and one night. Learned that first pregnancy that I cannot take it whole, I puke it every time the half thing is working though.

  • while I was pregnant I started taking them at night ..now that I am nursing I take them in the morning
    taking them at night is supposed to help with nausea
