What happens at a child support objection hearing?

Bio mom was recently ordered to pay child support for ss who lives with us. She requested a hearing cz she says she can't afford to pay the amount the courts set due to having 3 small children in diapers. Neither of us have an attorney for the referee hearing we only take one to the judicial dates. We both allready sent in financial info and the courts determined the amount.

  • They will determine if her claim is legitimate or not, and then order her to pay something.
