  • He should go to the hospital. Not being able to eat or drink on that side sounds like it could be really serious.

  • Why hasn't he gone to an ER? I'm not sure what can be told online other than suggesting to go see a doctor.

  • He needs to go to the doctor. Sounds like it is becoming infected if it is getting worse not better. If he doesn't have insurance he should still go to the doc. Lots of hospitals have an indigent program to help people that can not afford their healthcare. It is better for him to owe the hospital, than for him to be blind or worse, dead.

  • I've told him too, but some men can be stubborn. I hope its not a blood clot that went to his brain or somewhere else.

  • There could be more internal bleeding than he thinks. He needs to go to the doc or ER . . . early treatment is always best.

  • He should go to the ER and get that checked out. It sounds pretty serious.
