how do i start a good health care regimine?

i want to get HEALTHY!! i am not sure where to start. i skip all meals but dinner - i have pretty bad stomach problems. im always at home and i want to get fit and healthy. whats a good plan?? and whats a good excersize routine i could start with??

  • Read some of the YOU books by Dr. Oz. I think the YOU on a Diet was good as was YOU getting healthy. I would also recommend the following Dr/authors--

  • You have really bad stomach problems? have you gotten it checked? you could have ulceritis or crohns disease. which then means you need to be on a strict carbohydrate diet. You might need to talk to your doctor about your stomach problems befoe trying to get on any health diets. because you could actually aggravate your stomach problems, instead of skipping meals which is very very bad for you. try eating very small meals like 5 or 6, including snacks if you eat the right kind of food you'll lose weight at a healthy pace. As for excercising start out easy and then work your way up you dont want to do to much and end up hurting yourself. Hope this help

  • I had really bad stomach problems and I changed my diet. It took lots of changing things for me, lots of research, lots of trial and error until I started seeing results.

    I have been in the process of writing an ebook on healthy eating and well being which is being released in the new year.

    As for exercise just try out different things to see what you like. If you dont like it you wont continue it. So experiment. I love running and it helps with the daily stressors. I also love yoga and pilates which are good to do at home.
