I REALLY hope to go for a run tomorrow. I've been trying to give my leg a break, but I NEED to run. It's been killing me, and my weight has totally stagnated. I find I eat better when I'm running consistently, and lately, I've been falling into old habits (mostly eating too much, but having more treats than I should). I'd hate to undo all the hard work I've done.
