I want to go back to school but need advice?

I got an associates degree in medical assisting about a year ago. I haven't found a job in my field yet and i know i wont make much. I want to go back to school for some kind of nursing but i don't which to pick; LPN, RN, ect.. If you have any advice for a which to choose please let me know. Thanks.

  • Either is a good choice. RN's tend to get paid more and you may have more opportunites, so my thought is if you're going to go to school, just go for the RN.

  • RN. They get paid more, but you can get an LPN in less time, so some of it depends on how long you can afford to be in school.
