Be honest, do you think that 44 is too old to try and have another baby?

Here is the story, several miscarriages in my late 20's and early 30's,, completely gave up, and at 38 had my son.,,no problems,, I was so thankful to have him that I was afraid to try again, now I am kind of having baby fever,,so yes or no?

  • I dont think its to old.. as long as you feel up to it and feel like your healthy enough to make / have another child then its all up to you. dont let anyone get you down if its what you want and makes you happy I say go for it... Good luck and lots of baby dust

  • Go for it! I had my twins at age 45 after having DD at 37.  I'm now 52.

  • No. When I was in my 20s I thought that anything over 35 was too old. But after having my 5th at 36, I think that older moms are amazing and considering they are generally more patient and in much better financial position to have a baby - I say go for it! (Also factored in to my decision is the fact that of the two moms I know with kids with Down Syndrome - they were both in their 20s when they had their babies)
