I did not know this when I was preggo. I thought I would share the info.


Protect Your Skin—and Baby

During pregnancy, use a sunscreen that guards against UVA and UVB rays with an SPF of 30 or higher. Steer clear of chemical sunscreens and choose physical blockers, which will include zinc oxide or titanium dioxide as the main ingredient. They sit on top of skin rather than being absorbed into it.
