Ever cooked a brisket in a crockpot? What setting did you use...

and what seasonings? I've never cooked one before.

  • It can be done low and slow 180 or 200 for ten to twelve hours like in the oven add seasoning salt and garlic or dry rub you even add rosemary and garlic

  • I agree with will be a lot more tender the longer it cooks on a lower can put it on medium/high for awhile towards the end if you need it ready sooner. For seasonings I prefer "Grub Rub" it's a dry rub I use for lots of stuff or make your own mixture with whatever seasonings you and your family prefer. =)

  • I would put it on mediun and I use garlic power a package of Lipton onion soup and black pepper

  • I did once and it turned out very well. I put it on the lowest setting and left it to cook overnight. I put cut up root veggies in with it, some chunks of tomato, crushed garlic, sea salt, & pepper.
