We are having spaghetti with texas toast...possibly salad as well.

  • I'm defrosting chicken right now - not sure how I'm going to prepare it yet. With it, I'll probably serve some oven-roasted red potatoes with fresh herbs and I'm waiting to be inspired on a vegetable. I don't remember what I've got in the fridge! But, it'll have to wait until I get home from work.
