Kegals... just a hype?

So someone tell me if Kegals are really all that great? Or I guess if they are even worthwhile? I have heard they make sex better, but didn't know.

  • Kegels exercise the vaginal and pelvic floor muscles. You work out just like you'd hit the gym to tone other parts of your body.
They'll help all of the following:
    Prolapsed uterus
    Weak/falling bladder
    Lower back problems
    Vaginal tightness
    Vaginal/G-spot orgasms
    Tighten abs
    Support internal organs

If you use ben wa balls it's like adding hand weights to your workout! If you practice them during sex, you can literally "milk" an orgasm out of your man while he's lying still! Do them! They're lots of fun!

  • TMI here lol I do them, I "hear" they are supposed to help tighten you back up down there. My DH doesn't complain, so maybe it works lol I actually asked him if I felt loose, he said no lol

  • yes, they work really well...SO WELL that my DH told me recently that i feel "tighter" down there. I just said "really? huh...maybe it's all the yoga" but, I've been doing kegels a lot didn't want to tell him that i am on a kegel kick. My gyno told me to do kegels because i have a weak uterus apparently. It not only helps tighten the opening of your vagina, but it also strengthens your stomach, uterus, bladder & bowels.

Kegels ALSO help women reach climax better. When women have trouble climaxing, sex therapists tell them to do kegels to help. Kegels are very good for women for many reasons...

  • To be honest I wouldn't know whether they help sex or your partner cos I haven't had either for a while (yes, sob sob sob! - no, not really!) but they certainly help you have more control on your urinary 'functions'. And when I'd done them a few times I felt a sort of 'relaxed strength' if that makes sense - happily knowing that I had more control over my bladder flow. I can stop and start as many times as I wish - sorry tmi but it's actually fun!
