What extra stuff can i do to tone my abs?

I have the P90X workouts and I usually do doubles but I eat when I'm hungry and I can't really buy organic stuff ( too expensive & tastes no good to me) I like flavor and meat and I enjoy some beer sometimes. I need something extra for the mid section. I drink tons of water and add extra fiber when I can afford the stuff. Any ideas?

    Put ben wa balls in while you do all your other workouts, You can just do a flight of stairs and feel the burn!!!
