  • As a whole? Yes, for sure.
In Parts? There is certainly some collateral physical damage that I DO NOT love. I wouldn't give up my babes for anything, but I had no clue my body would be damaged and falling apart from the ordeal.

  • No. I love myself just as I always have.

  • I don't know if I love myself more but I definitely appreciate my body more because I understand better
what it is capable of now

  • Not necessarily. I feel like I have more value, because I'm so important to my child, and I feel a responsibility to take care of myself for his sake. Doens't mean I didn't take care of myself before, but I wouldn't, for example, go skydiving now that I have a toddler. Which I did when I was single.

  • I certainly dislike myself more now after becoming a mom. My body is destroyed now and it does not help someone who was very self conscious already. I have no confidence on my appearance or how I am doing as a mother. I feel I could do so much better. But, then again, when your own mother tries to say you are not a good mom and how pratically everything I say or do is not right, that doesn't help things. I am more cautious now about our safety and such, and always put them first.
